新文科背景下文科卓越拔尖人才培养现状与优化研究

Abstract
The new era and new development have brought significant opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of humanities talents.In the context of the construction of new humanities,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to consider how to optimize the cultivation path of outstanding talents in humanities.On the basis of summarizing the significance of cultivating outstanding talents in humanities,this article believes that there are shortcomings in the current model of cultivating outstanding talents in humanities in terms of training objectives,training methods,practical teaching systems,external teaching resources,etc.Focusing on the talent training goal of multiple abilities,targeted suggestions are proposed to build an ideological and political education system,a training plan that closely follows the needs of the times,and a multidisciplinary curriculum system,a team of mentors who cultivate virtue and cultivate talents,a teaching model that deeply integrates online and offline,and a multi-level practical teaching system,in order to optimize the path of cultivating outstanding talents in humanities from the perspective of the new liberal arts.关键词
