考虑调频响应特性的电池储能系统双层多目标优化策略OA
A Two-Layer Multi-Objective Optimization Strategy for Battery Energy Storage Systems Considering Frequency Modulation Response Characteristics
电池储能系统(Battery Energy Storage System,BESS)调频响应速度快,不同类型电池储能系统调频成本存在差异,且电池储能系统参与调频过程中单位荷电状态(State of Charge,SOC)不均衡.针对上述问题,文中提出一种考虑调频响应特性的电池储能系统双层多目标优化策略,包含调频指令分解层和电池储能系统调频指令优化层.在调频指令分解层,根据电池储能系统的调频响应特性,由调频响应速度快的电池储能系统参与调频指令信号中高频信号的调节.在电池储能系统调频指令优化层,综合考虑电池储能系统的调频经济性和SOC均衡度,并引入与电池储能系统剩余调频容量相关的抗拒系数.建立电池储能系统多目标优化模型完成电池储能系统最优出力的求解.通过对比所提策略和动态比例分配策略下各电池储能系统的调频净利润和SOC标准差变化曲线表明,所提策略能够有效增加电池储能系统参与调频的调频净利润,并提升电池储能系统参与调频过程中的SOC均衡度.
In view of the problems such as fast frequency modulation response speed,difference in frequency modu-lation cost of different types of BESS(Battery Energy Storage System)and unbalance of unit SOC(State of Charge)in the frequency modulation process of battery energy storage systems,a two-layer multi-objective optimization strategy of battery energy storage system considering the frequency modulation response characteristics is proposed in this study,which in-cludes the frequency modulation instruction decomposition layer and the frequency modulation instruction optimization layer of battery energy storage system.According to the frequency modulation response characteristics of the battery energy stor-age system,the battery energy storage system with fast response speed is involved in the adjustment of the high frequency signal of the frequency modulation command signal.The frequency modulation economy and SOC balance of battery energy storage system are considered comprehensively in the frequency modulation command optimization layer of battery energy storage system,and the resistance coefficient related to the remaining frequency modulation capacity of battery energy stor-age system is introduced.The multi-objective optimization model of the battery energy storage system is established to solve the optimal output of the battery energy storage system.By comparing the frequency modulation net profit and SOC standard deviation change curves of each battery energy storage system under the proposed strategy and the dynamic propor-tional distribution strategy,it is shown that the proposed strategy can effectively increase the frequency modulation net prof-it of the battery energy storage system participating in frequency modulation,and improve the SOC balance of the battery energy storage system participating in frequency modulation.
