摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems such as low detection accuracy and poor stability of traditional wire rope damage detection technology,this study proposes a processing method based on the algorithm of wavelet kernel func-tion of support vector machine.By taking advantage of the similar characteristics of the kernel function and wavelet in decomposition and synthesis,the kernel function and wavelet denoising are integrated to effectively suppress the inter-ference noise.In order to realize the non-destructive testing of wire ropes,a wire rope magnetic flux leakage detec-tion device is designed.Through three analysis and processing steps,namely,detrending the magnetic flux leakage signal,denoising the signal after intervention,normalizing the eigenvalues,and training the model,the detection,extraction,and recognition of the magnetic flux leakage signal are realized.The results of data simulation comparison show that the proposed method has good detection performance.
