从瘀毒立论浅析血管钙化
Analysis of Vascular Calcification from the Perspective of Stasis-Toxin Theory
摘要
Abstract
Vascular calcification is a process similar to bone development that occurs in the media and intima of arteries.It has intuitive pathological manifestations such as vascular wall stiffness and blood flow obstruction,which can lead to cardiovascular diseases such as essential hypertension,ischemic heart disease,and left ventricular hypertrophy,seriously endangering human health.Under the guidance of the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,the authors believe that vascular calcification is not a simple vascular lesion,and its understanding should not be limited to the"blood-vascular"level.Insufficiency of heart qi is the basis of its pathogenesis,internal accumulation of stasis-toxin is the key to its onset,heart damage and spirit impairment are its ultimate outcome,and detoxification and blood stasis resolution are the core of its diagnosis and treatment.This article will discuss these aspects.关键词
