综合治疗糖尿病合并灼口综合征36例回顾性分析
Retrospective Analysis of Comprehensive Treatment for Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Burning Mouth Syndrome for 36 Cases

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus complicated with burning mouth syndrome,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 36 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with burning mouth syndrome,including clinical characteristics,functional examinations,laboratory test results,and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods,etc.Results After comprehensive treatment,the clinical symptoms of 28 patients were relieved,3 patients had aggravated conditions,and 5 patients had recurrent conditions,with a treatment effective rate of 77.8%.The blood glucose of 33 patients(91.6%)was controlled within the normal range.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score for pain symptoms,fasting and postprandial blood glucose,and fructosamine levels decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Analysis of symptoms showed that comprehensive treatment had a good improvement effect on tongue pain,dry mouth,and tongue numbness,but a poor effect on taste disturbance.Conclusion There is a certain inherent connection between diabetes mellitus and burning mouth syndrome.For patients with both diabetes mellitus and burning mouth syndrome,the comprehensive treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve clinical efficacy.关键词
