Abstract
Among oral microorganisms,Gram-negative bacteria are potential pathogenic factors for periodontitis and oral mucosal lesions due to their unique lipopolysaccharide structure,biofilm formation capability,and immunomodulatory characteristics.Traditional control strategies that rely primarily on broad-spectrum antibiotics readily drive resistance and disrupt the microbial balance;therefore,it is imperative to explore precise intervention pathways from the perspective of microbe-host interactions.The paper focuses on the expression of virulence factor expression,biofilm-mediated co-colonisation and host immune evasion mechanisms in Gram-negative bacteria,and the construction of a multi-dimensional prevention and control strategy,aiming to provide a basis for the prevention and control of oral diseases and maintenance of flora homeostasis.关键词
