利尿排石合剂治疗输尿管结石临床观察
Liniao Paishi Mixture in the Treatment of Ureteral Calculi

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liniao Paishi mixture on urinary calculi.Methods A total of 100 patients with ureteral calculi were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was given oral Liniao Paishi mixture,while the control group received conventional treatment.Both groups were treated for 30 days.The occurrence of red blood cells,white blood cells in urine routine and adverse reactions(abnormal changes in blood routine,liver and kidney functions,electrolytes,etc.)in the two groups were observed,and the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of red blood cells and white blood cells in the urine routine of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions such as abnormal changes in blood routine,liver and kidney functions,or electrolytes were observed in either group.Conclusion Liniao Paishi mixture can effectively treat ureteral calculi with significant curative effect and safety,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
