成人破伤风患者发生胃肠功能紊乱的现状及影响因素分析
Current status and influencing factors for the occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in adult tetanus patients:an analytic study

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors for gastrointestinal dysfunction in adult tetanus patients.Methods The clinical data of 192 adult tetanus patients were retrospectively analyzed,and patients were assigned to gastrointestinal dysfunction group or normal gastrointestinal function group according to the presence of concomitant gastrointestinal dysfunction during hospitalization.General data,clinical characteristic data,laboratory test data were compared between patients of the two groups.The binary Logistic regression model was adopted to analyze the influencing factors for the occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in adult tetanus patients.Results Among 192 adult tetanus patients,98 cases had gastrointestinal dysfunction,with the incidence rate of 51.04%.The results of binary Logistic regression analysis revealed that the use of muscle relaxants,enteral nutrition therapy,sedative use duration and use of acid suppressants were independent risk factors for the occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in adult tetanus patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Adult tetanus patients have a high incidence rate of suffering from gastrointestinal dysfunction.In clinical work,medical personnel should closely observe the uses of muscle relaxants,sedatives,enteral nutrition and acid suppressants to evaluate disease progression in time,improve patients'prognosis.关键词
