Abstract
The objective of this study was to investigate the ameliorating effect of camellia oil on UVB-induced senescence of skin fibroblasts.It set up a blank control group,a model group and an experimental group.The changes of cell senescence,proliferation and migration were detected by β-galactosidase staining,EdU staining and scratch test.It was found that compared with the blank control group,the positive rate of cell senescence in the model group increased(P<0.01)and the cell proliferation rate and migration rate decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the positive rate of cell senescence in the experimental group decreased,and the cell proliferation rate and migration rate increased(P<0.05).It is thus clear that camellia oil can significantly inhibit the photoaging damage of skin fibroblasts and exert skin fibroblast protection.关键词
