Taking Zhecheng County as an example,this paper discusses the current situation of water resources development and utilization,existing problems,groundwater over-extraction areas and their hazards,and the necessity of comprehensive management.It is of great significance for saving water resources,protecting groundwater,improving the system of water saving,promoting the sustainable development of rural economy,and improving the ecology and living environment.关键词
