Design and Simulation of the Hydraulic System for Multifunctional Equipment Used in Dam Surface Maintenance

Abstract
The hydraulic system based on load-sensitive hydraulic technology is designed to meet the various requirements of efficient cleaning and coating construction of dam operation and maintenance equipment,and to analyze the energy saving of the hydraulic system compared with the traditional hydraulic system.The system simulation model and the dynamic performance and energy consumption characteristic of load-sensitive hydraulic system are analyzed by comparing simulation curve and test curve.The simulation and experimental results show that the system achieves efficient distribution of hydraulic power while supplying oil,and has significant energy saving effect compared with the traditional hydraulic system.However,after analyzing the system dynamic response curve in different states,the load-sensitive system may appear unstable during the dynamic response process due to the mechanical resonance between the load change and the pump response.The power bonding diagram simulation model can effectively reveal the dynamic characteristics and stability of load-sensitive system,and provide technical support and theoretical basis for the optimization design of hydraulic system for complex operation and maintenance equipment.关键词
