Abstract

To solve the problems of manual positioning,low efficiency,and insufficient consistency of results in color difference detection of cigarette packaging trademark paper in the production site,a set of automatic detection system based on three-axis motion control and spectrophotometry is constructed.The system consists of a separation conveyor mechanism,XYZ servo platform,spectrophotometer(d/8 geometry,SCI/SCE switchable,D65 light source,10 ° observer,400~700 nm/10 nm sampling),upper computer,and database.It can preset coordinates according to brand and automatically complete multi-point measurement and data archiving.The experiment shows that when measuring 30 times at the same point,the standard deviation of ΔE*ab is less than or equal to 0.02;the single point measurement time is about 1 s,which can meet the requirements of online sampling and offline batch inspection rhythm.Compared with desktop colorimeters that require manual point by point positioning under the same geometric/light source/observer conditions,this system achieves automatic positioning and batch collection,reducing human positioning errors and improving sampling consistency;simultaneously supporting statistical analysis and traceability by brand/batch.The results show that the system can output objective L*,a*,b*,and ΔE indicators under unified standard conditions,and adapt to the detection needs of samples of different sizes such as strip boxes and small boxes.
