摘要

Abstract

[Objective]In view of the characteristics of wet waste biogas slurry,such as high concentration of suspended solids(SS),low content of biodegradable organic matter,high content of nitrogen and phosphorus,and imbalance of nutrient ratios,a process route combining"aerobic+membrane method(ultrafiltration+nanofiltration)"is designed and proposed.In actual operation,due to changes in production conditions and equipment,some situations inconsistent with the design occurre during operation.To address the prominent issues of influent oil content and SS overload during operation,this paper analyzes the causes of the overload and proposes verified solutions.[Methods]Taking a wet waste treatment project in Shanghai as an example,there were three aspects of analysis for the reasons of high oil content and SS exceeding the design load:First,the uncertainty of the front-end process equipment;Second,the process adjustment of using slurry as the carbon source due to the imbalance of the carbon-nitrogen ratio in the biogas liquid treatment process;Third,the accumulation of pollutants in the system itself after the increase in operation time.According to the degree of impact on water quality of these three aspects,the process of"curved screen+air flotation"was proposed for improvement.During the verification process,it was found that the removal effect of the curved screen decreased over time,and there were many subsequent maintenance and repair works with low automation.Therefore,it was later changed to the process of"microfiltration machine+air flotation".[Results]The solution that had been verified through practice was ultimately to use a process of microfiltration and air flotation to improve the removal rate of oil content and SS,meeting the requirements of the original designed influent.The oil content and SS removal rate could reach 40%,with the advantages of high automation and low maintenance frequency.[Conclusion]The process of using"microfiltration machine+air flotation"has been verified to be stable and reliable through years of operation.It has been verified that this pretreatment process route is replicable and can be used as a reference for relevant designers and operators.
