Abstract
In recent years,most high-end cigarettes are packed in rigid crates,the packing form of the rigid box is very different from that of the common cigarette rod,the conventional equipment cannot be used for feeding.Most of the hard-stripped boxes are loaded manually,so the labor cost is high.Moreover,the hard-stripped boxes are prone to tilt and slide during the conveying process,causing the packing machine to be blocked.In order to solve the problems of low production efficiency,heavy burden of personnel and poor stability of rigid box conveying,based on the concept of modular design,a kind of portal rigid box conveyor is developed,SolidWorks software is used for parametric modeling and Simulation module is used for static analysis of push plate to confirm the optimal form of push plate.Taking D8 unit of one cigarette factory in Zhejiang Province as the object,the field test of the modified unit shows that:(1)the number of dumps in the process of box conveying is reduced from 46.2 times/classes to 1.2 times/classes,reducing 97.4%;(2)the unit efficiency increased from 88.7%before improvement to 92.5%,an increase of 3.8%.The test results show that the newly developed gantry rigid box conveying device effectively solves the problems of low manual feeding efficiency and unstable box conveying,and improves the intelligence and automation of the whole machine.关键词
