摘要

Abstract

The core of obtaining results from scaled models that are similar to those from full-size prototypes in experiments is the existence of scale-dependent proportional coefficients between the scaled model,the prototype,and the external load.Since prototype and scaled models are designed using different materials,when designing impact-type test models using the simple geometric similarity principle,the data results obtained from scaled model experiments will show a larger distortion compared to those obtained from prototype experiments.VSG dimensional system is designed and established,and then analysis is carried out on the proportional relationship between the experimental conditions and data results of the prototype and scaled model tests in impact tests.During the analysis,Johnson-Cook strength equation is used to correct the material parameters related to the model strain rate,and the model data results are corrected by increasing the density coefficient,load velocity coefficient,etc.The calculation shows that when only the impact velocity is corrected,the model deformation is 14.57%~14.98%less than the prototype deformation.When the impact velocity,density coefficient,and load velocity coefficient are increased and corrected,the model deformation is 1.23%~2.14%less than the prototype deformation.This proves that for scaled models designed using different materials,increasing the density coefficient,impact velocity coefficient,etc.to correct the data results can obtain data results that are within a certain error range and are similar to those obtained from prototype experiments,and this method can solve the traceability problem of data results obtained from scaled model experiments.
