Abstract
In order to further carry out the construction of the digital twin Taipu sluice,Suzhou Administration Bureau of the Taihu Basin Authority has carried out the construction of intelligent perception and safety evaluation model of hydraulic metal structure equipment in the pilot Taipu sluice.By customizing and installing sensors to cover the main metal structures such as the gate body,hoist,control cabinet,and steel structure hoist room,online monitoring of gate stress,vibration,posture,jamming,corrosion protection,and deformation of steel structure hoist room has been achieved.Based on the above monitoring indicators,a metal structure safety evaluation model was further constructed to achieve metal structure health evaluation and equipment safety evaluation,providing computational and algorithmic support for the digital twin platform.关键词
