Design and Performance Verification of Anchor Rod Trolley Lifting Device

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of the inability of the grouting equipment of the tunnel anchor rod trolley to move with the anchor rod trolley in the tunnel construction environment and the difficulty of manual feeding of grouting materials,the weight,lifting height,relevant movement performance requirements of the anchor rod trolley,and the convenience of manual feeding operation of the grouting equipment are taken as the design boundary conditions,and the lifting equipment of the anchor rod trolley grouting device in a targeted manner is designed.The system carries out the design and performance verification of the core components and systems such as the gantry system,fork structure,and hydraulic system of the grouting lifting equipment.Through theoretical calculations and normative verification,the structural parameters of the grouting lifting equipment portal frame,the dimensions and materials of the forks are determined,and the strength,stiffness,and welding strength of the grouting lifting equipment are verified.The hydraulic system composition and parameters of the grouting lifting equipment are matched and designed,and experimental verification is carried out.The experimental results show that all performance indicators of the designed lifting device meet the requirements for use,which can provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the engineering application of the grouting system lifting mechanism of the anchor rod trolley.关键词
