Abstract
The power system architecture of energy vehicles is significantly different from that of traditional fuel vehicles.These differences are reflected in the vehicle's development and verification system,performance,and other aspects.Particularly in intense-heat,intense-cold,and high-altitude(three-extreme)environments,there are significant differences,which affect the user experience of new energy vehicles and restrict the promotion and popularization of new energy vehicles.Based on the power system architecture,working principle,and component working characteristics of new energy vehicles,the importance of three-high calibration tests for the development of new energy vehicles is explained.From the selection of three-extreme test sites,the core elements of the vehicle and components,and the corresponding calibration test items,combined with the actual situation of vehicle development,the contents of three-extreme calibration tests for new energy vehicles are systematically sorted out.Discussing the development and verification system of three-extreme calibration tests for new energy vehicles and improving the coverage and granularity of the three-extreme calibration verification system,which are great significance for improving the efficiency and quality of vehicle development and verification,improving the environmental adaptability of new energy vehicles in three-extreme environments,promoting the development of new energy vehicle technology,and enhancing user experience.关键词
