Thoughts on the Construction of Civilized Rural Customs Lead by Party Building at the Primary Level

Abstract
Civilized rural customs,as an important connotation of the rural revitalization strategy,are a key area for enhancing the efficiency of rural social governance and fostering rural spiritual civilization.As the Party's fighting fortress in rural areas,the Party organizations at the primary level are important subjects leading the construction of civilized rural customs.In specific practice,the leading role of some Party organizations at the primary level is not strong enough,there is a contradiction between the traditional rural cultural ecology and the modern value system,the cultivation methods of civilized rural customs lack innovation,and the multi-party collaborative governance system is not perfect,etc.,which restrict the construction of civilized rural customs.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the political leading role of Party organizations at the primary level,promote the modernization transformation of traditional rural cultural ecology,innovate the cultivation methods of civilized rural customs,and improve the rural governance system lead by Party organizations at the primary level,so as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for rural grassroots Party organizations to more effectively lead the construction of civilized rural customs.关键词
