SM9-Based Conditional Proxy Re-Encryption Scheme and Its Application

Abstract
In conditional proxy re-encryption(CPRE)schemes,when the ciphertext encrypted with the delegator's public key meets specific conditions set by the delegator,a proxy uses a re-encryption key to transform it into ciphertext that can be decrypted using the delegatee's recipient's private key.Due to its advantages in supporting fine-grained access control,conditional proxy re-encryption has found widespread applications in areas such as cloud storage data sharing,encrypted email forwarding,and blockchain-based data sharing.However,existing conditional proxy re-encryption schemes are pre-dominantly designed based on foreign cryptography standards and do not align with the requirements for indigenous and controllable network security.This study introduces the first conditional proxy re-encryption scheme based on the algorithm SM9.It is also proved that the security of the proposed scheme under the random oracle model,demonstrating its IND-CPRE-CPA security.Additionally,to address single points of failure and overly centralized proxy authority,this study combines threshold techniques to construct a threshold conditional proxy re-encryption scheme based on SM9,enhancing the reliability and scalability of the scheme.Comparative analysis shows that the proposed scheme exhibits clear advantages in terms of performance and lower computational overhead compared to other related schemes.Finally,the threshold conditional proxy re-encryption scheme is instantiated and a data sharing system is designed.This system enables data sharing between different encryption systems(cross-domain data sharing),making it more aligned with real-world application needs.关键词
