摘要
Abstract
As the embodiment of the contemporary spirit and a precious intellectual asset of the Chinese people,the ethos of model workers possesses profound ideological connotations and significant epochal value.In the new era,promoting this ethos within higher education fulfills multidimensional functions:guiding values by coalescing consen-sus through its spiritual core,inspiring motivation through emotionally resonant narratives,and demonstrating exem-plary conduct by transforming ideals into action.In colleges,publicizing this ethos encompasses cultivating profes-sional dedication and excellence-oriented attitudes,fostering perseverance and innovative pursuits,and nurturing selfless devotion and moral integrity.In this context,institutions should concentrate on"forging craftsman spirit,refi-ning vocational capabilities,and nurturing master artisans"by advancing"macro-lecture initiatives,macro-platform development,and macro-classroom construction,"thereby providing spiritual guidance for cultivating a new genera-tion of high-quality laborers who revere model workers,cherish labor,and strive for excellence.关键词
