Abstract
Addressing issues such as complex wiring,poor real-time performance,and inefficient fault diagnosis in tra-ditional diesel engine monitoring systems for excavators,this paper designs a remote monitoring system based on the CAN(Controller Area Network)bus for diesel engines.By deploying sensors for temperature,pressure,RPM,and fuel consumption at critical locations,combined with CAN bus technology,the system enables real-time data acquisition and transmission.The main control module employs an embedded processor to parse and fuse multi-source data.Wire-less communication modules then transmit engine operating status,fault information,and maintenance alerts to a remote host monitoring platform.Test results demonstrate the system's stable and efficient capability for remote monitoring of critical engine parameters and fault early warning,with data transmission latency<50 ms and monitoring accuracy ex-ceeding 98%.This research provides effective technical support for intelligent management and remote maintenance of excavator power systems,significantly enhancing the safety and reliability of construction machinery operations.关键词
