紫色不结球白菜配合力及杂种优势分析
Analysis of combining ability and heterosis of purple non-heading Chinese cabbage

Abstract
[Objectives]In this paper,the combining ability and heterosis of purple non-fruiting Chinese cabbage were analyzed,and the purple non-fruiting Chinese cabbage with high yield,good color and quality was cultivated and screened.[Methods]Using 5 purple sterile lines as females and 14 purple inbred lines as males,70 hybrid combinations were configured by NCⅡhybrid method,and combining ability and heterosis of parents and F1 were analyzed under 2 different ecological conditions.[Results]Maternal A-1 and A-2,and male 20XZS18,20XZS25 and 20XZS41 had higher combining ability in plant height,plant width and other yield traits,and had greater potential for breeding excellent varieties.The special combining ability of A-2×20XZS32,A-2×20XZS41,A-4×20XZS2,A-4×20XZS21,A-5×20XZS2,A-5×20XZS18,A-5×20XZS21 was high.The heterosis of A-1×20XZS2 and A-4×20XZS18 was the highest in weight per plant,reaching more than 65%,and that of A-6×20XZS28 and A-1×20XZS45 was the highest in anthocyanin content,reaching over 100%.And the combination of A-2×20XZS21,A-4×20XZS18,A-4×20XZS10,A-6×20XZS28 with A-2,A-4 and A-6 as the mother,the combination of A-1×20XZS2,A-5×20XZS2,A-4×20XZS2 and A-1×20XZS45 with 20XZS2 and 20XZS45 as the paternity had strong heterosis.[Conclusions]The heterosis of 70 purple non-knotting cabbage characters was obvious,and the combination of A-2×20XZS21,A-4×20XZS18,A-4×20XZS10,A-6×20XZS28,A-1×20XZS2,A-5×20XZS2,A-4×20XZS2,A-1×20XZS45 had strong heterosis.关键词
