基于器官干物质过程模型的光温预测多头切花菊外观品质效果研究
The prediction effect study of light-temperature external quality of spray cut chrysanthemum based on organ dry matter process model

Abstract
[Objectives]The paper aimed to determine the quantitative formula between organ dry weight and external quality of flower crops,couple crop functional model and structural model,improve the accuracy of crop quality model,and provide guidance for precise production decision of cut flowers.[Methods]Five batches of spray cut chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium cv.'Radost Yoiiow')were used as experiment materials to conduct complete cultivation experiments.External qualities(organ dry weight,plant height,stem diameter,internode diameter,leaf number per plant,leaf area per plant and bud diameter)were collected regularly during growth period.A random selection of the experimental data from Batch 2 and Batch 3 was used for model development.The quantitative formulas were determined between stem weight per plant and height,stem weight per plant and stem diameter,stem weight per plant and internode diameter,leaf weight per plant and leaf number per plant,leaf weight per plant and leaf area per plant,flower dry weight per plant and bud diameter.Light temperature-dry weight-appearance quality model of spray cut chrysanthemum was established.The model was tested with the first,fourth and fifth batch test data,which were relatively independent from the modeling.[Results]The R2 of the predicted and measured plant height,stem diameter,internode diameter,leaf number per plant,leaf area per plant,and bud diameter,based on 1:1 line,calculated by the light temperature-dry weight-appearance quality model were 0.98,0.99,0.99,0.99,0.98,0.97,and the regression statistical standard errors(RMSE)were 4.76 cm,0.70 mm,1.66 mm,2.38,72.29 cm2,and 1.45 mm,respectively.The R2 of the predicted and measured plant height,stem diameter,internode diameter,leaf number per plant,leaf area per plant and bud diameter,based on 1:1 line,calculated by using the traditional light-temperature-appearance quality model were 0.98,0.85,0.93,0.85,0.99,0.80,and the RMSE were 5.92 cm,0.41 mm,2.33 mm,4.44,40.92 cm2,2.36 mm,respectively.In order to obtain high-quality cut flowers,the cumulative total photo-thermal effect was 575.When the light temperature was sufficient in summer and autumn,the average daily light temperature effect was 6.85 d-1.About 84 days,the stem thickness was 5.73 mm,the stem length was not less than 850 mm,and the bud diameter was 16.71 mm.In winter and spring,the corresponding photo-thermal effect was needed for a longer time to obtain the cut chrysanthemum of the same quality.[Conclusions]The appearance quality model of cut chrysanthemum with the dry matter model as the process model had higher prediction accuracy and good prediction effect.关键词
