常熟市农村社区教育发展现状探索
Exploring the Development Status of Rural Community Education in Changshu City

Abstract
With the in-depth implementation of the strategy of rural revitalisation,rural community education,as an important means of upgrading the quality of farmers and promoting the development of rural society,is gradually receiv-ing attention.This paper takes Changshu City in Jiangsu Province as the research object,combining field research and questionnaire analysis to systematically sort out the development status of its rural community education.It is found that Changshu City has achieved initial results in the organisational system,resource allocation,curriculum content and teaching staff,but there are still problems such as insufficient diversity of participating subjects,poor practicality of edu-cational content,and incomplete long-term mechanism,etc.Based on the research results,this paper proposes to strengthen the government's role in the development of rural community education.Based on the results of the research,this paper puts forward the suggestions of strengthening government co-ordination,enriching curriculum resources,per-fecting incentive mechanisms and building a multi-dimensional synergistic development pattern,with a view to provi-ding ideas and experiences for the development of rural community education in other regions.关键词
