基于振动校准的温度控制方法研究
Research on Temperature Control Method Based on Vibration Calibration
摘要
Abstract
In the calibration experiment of vibration sensor temperature response,the temperature control overshoot of semi-enclosed temperature control box is large and the control precision is low.To solve this problem,a Smith predictive fuzzy PID control method based on genetic algorithm optimizing fuzzy control rules is proposed.In this method,the overshoot of the control system is reduced by compensating the hysteresis with Smith predictive controller.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the fuzzy rules to reduce the uncertainty of the fuzzy controller and improve the control precision.The simulation results show that the method reduces the overshoot of the temperature control system,optimizes the fuzzy control rules effectively,and enhances the anti-interference ability and control precision of the system.The temperature control experiment is carried out with this control method,and the experimental results show that the overshoot is less than 0.7%and control accuracy is less than 1℃.关键词
