Abstract
In airports with high passenger flow and frequent flights,management efficiency and service quality are major challenges.Accurate-ly predicting short-term passenger flow is crucial for airport managers to develop safeguard measures in advance and improve airport operation-al efficiency.The current methods for predicting airport passenger flow are mainly aimed at longer time scales,such as weeks or months,and are suitable for airport planning,but they are not very helpful for real-time management.To predict small-scale airport passenger flow on an hourly basis,a missing item re prediction interpolation algorithm based on Apriori algorithm and a topic based public opinion impact factor ex-traction method are first proposed;Secondly,combining these two with the BiLSTM network to construct an airport passenger flow prediction model based on Apriori-LDA-BERT-BiLSTM.This model predicts missing data through association rules,maximizes the preservation of tem-poral features of the data,and extracts the influence weight of each text at different time points based on the topic,thereby accurately quantify-ing the impact of public opinion.The experimental results show that the accuracy and robustness of the model in predicting hourly airport pas-senger flow are superior to the control model.关键词
