涌泉穴隔物灸治疗全膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓的疗效观察
Observations on the efficacy of indirect moxibustion on point Yongquan(KI1)for deep vein thrombosis after total knee replacement surgery

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of indirect moxibustion on point Yongquan(KI1)for deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after total knee replacement surgery and its effect on serum inflammatory factors and thromboelastogram.Method Sixty patients with lower limb DVT after total knee replacement surgery for knee osteoarthritis were randomized to a study group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases).The control group received oral administration of rivaroxaban tablets and the study group,aconite cake moxibustion on point Yongquan in the affected lower limb in addition.Serum inflammatory factors(C-reactive protein(CRP)),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and thromboelastographic indicators(R value,K value and α angle)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were also compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,serum CRP,IL-6,ESR and TNF-α levels had no statistically significant differences in the control group compared with before(P＞0.05);they decreased in the study group(P＜0.05)and were lower than in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,R value,K value and α angle were better in the two groups compared with before(P＜0.05)and were better in the study group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The total efficacy rate was 83.3%in the control group and 93.3%in the study group and had a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of western drug treatment,indirect moxibustion on point Yongquan can effectively relieve the symptoms in patients with DVT after total knee replacement surgery.Its mechanism may be related to inhibiting reactions to inflammatory factors.关键词
