消化系统疾病背部经络诊察特点的研究
Research on the characteristics of dorsal meridian diagnosis in digestive system disorders

Abstract
Objective To observe the characteristics of positive manifestations in dorsal meridian diagnosis in gastric diseases and gastric-cholecystic diseases,and provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis of these two types of diseases.Method A total of 125 patients with gastric diseases and 125 patients with gastric-cholecystic diseases were recruited to a gastric disease group and a gastric-cholecystic disease group,respectively.Meridian diagnosis methods(inquiry and palpation)and pressure pain threshold detection were used to assess 60 meridian diagnosis spots along dorsal meridians,including the Governor Vessel and the first and second lateral lines of the Bladder Meridian from the first to the twelfth thoracic vertebrae(T1-T12),to observe the differences in dorsal meridian diagnosis findings between the two groups and analyze the patterns.Result In the gastric disease group,positive responses were mainly found between T5 and T12 segments along the Governor Vessel and the first and second lateral lines of the Bladder Meridian on the left side.In the gastric-cholecystic disease group,in addition to the same findings as in the gastric disease group,positive responses were also found between T4 and T12 segments along the first and second lateral lines of the Bladder Meridian on the right side,and the responses were more pronounced on the right side within the same range compared to the left side.Compared to the gastric disease group,the gastric-cholecystic disease group had smaller pain threshold values at T4-T12 along the first lateral line[from Jueyinshu(BL14)to Weishu(BL21)]and along the second lateral line[from Gaohuang(BL43)to Weicang(BL50)]of the Bladder Meridian(P＜0.05).Conclusion The manifestations in dorsal meridian diagnosis differ between gastric diseases and gastric-cholecystic diseases,providing objective evidence for the meridian diagnosis of these two types of diseases.关键词
