Abstract

Graphite paper was used as the anode,tetrabutylammonium bisulfate and lithium difluoroxalate borate were used as electrolytes to prepare few-layer of graphene(Gr)by exfoliation under the action of DC power supply,and the morphology and structure of Gr were characterized.Graphene/polyethylene of raised temperature resistance(Gr/PERT)composites were prepared by the melt blending method,and the effect of Gr on the crystallization properties and mechanical properties of PERT composites were discussed.The results show that with the increase of Gr filler,the crystallinity,tensile strength and flexural modulus of PERT composites increase.Under room temperature,when the mass fraction of Gr is 0.20%,the tensile strength of PERT composites is 23.33 MPa which is increased by 9.74%to,and the flexural modulus is 307.10 MPa which is increased by 31.78%,the impact strength is basically unchanged,and the crystallinity is increased from 27.43%to 32.84%.The impact strength of the same amount of PERT composites was greatly improved at low temperature,reaching 77.46 MPa at 0℃and 50.05 MPa at-25℃,which was 8.5%and 24.1%higher than that of PERT,respectively.
