胶剂车间净化区室内热环境数值模拟研究
Research on numerical simulation of indoor thermal environment in the purification area of adhesive workshop

Abstract
Taking the summer thermal environment of the drying and purification area in the glue agent workshop of a certain intelligent manufacturing project of donkey-hide gelatin as the research object,the mathematical and physical models of the workshop are established,the initial and boundary conditions are set,and the thermal physical parameters of donkey-hide gelatin are tested and obtained.The Fluent software is used to divide the grid and verify the independence,simulate the air flow organization in the workshop,and select typical sections to analyze the temperature and velocity distribution.By changing the air supply conditions,the influence of air supply parameters on the velocity distribution is explored.Combined with visualization,quantitative and statistical analysis,the differences under different working conditions are comprehensively evaluated.The research results can provide a reference for maintaining a reasonable thermal environment in the adhesive workshop.关键词
