Abstract
Taking a certain data center as the research object,the distribution characteristics of its airflow and temperature field are analyzed by adopting thermal engineering tests and 6SigmaDC simulation.Three optimization schemes are proposed for the problem of mixing cold and hot airflows.By comparing the gas flow lines and temperature fields of each scheme,and in combination with indicators such as the rack heating index,return air temperature index,and cooling index,different renovation schemes are discussed.The results show that after optimization,the cooling capacity of the air conditioner is fully utilized,the volume of hot return air is uniform,the room ambient temperature drops from 24.0℃to 22.0℃,the average temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the equipment decreases from 14.3℃to 12.7℃,the thermal environment of the computer room is improved,the cooling effect is good,and the local hot spot problem is effectively alleviated.It provides a reasonable solution for the thermal environment control of data centers in the form of underfloor air supply.关键词
