紫外辐照下ZnO/HNTs复合改性沥青的VOCs抑制效果及机理研究
Study on VOCs Inhibition Effect and Mechanism of ZnO/HNTs Composite Modified Asphalt Under Ultraviolet Irradiation

Abstract
Aiming at the issue of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)release from asphalt under ultraviolet irradiation,a nano-ZnO/halloysite nanotubes(HNTs)composite modifier was prepared by in-situ growth method to investigate its effects on the physical properties,rheological properties,and VOCs inhibition of asphalt.The results show that with the increase of ZnO/HNTs content,the penetration of modified asphalt decreases while the softening point increases,indicating enhanced high-temperature stability.However,a mass fraction of ZnO/HNTs exceeding 3%will lead to a significant decrease in low-temperature ductility.Rheological property tests indicate that the addition of ZnO/HNTs increases the proportion of elastic components in asphalt and enhances its resistance to shear deformation.Under ultraviolet irradiation,ZnO/HNTs can absorb ultraviolet light and catalyze the degradation of VOCs,significantly reducing the total release of asphalt VOCs.When the mass fraction of ZnO/HNTs is 3%,the inhibition rate reaches 30.33%.Mechanism analysis shows that the uniformly loaded ZnO nanoparticles on the surface of ZnO/HNTs can improve light absorption efficiency,and their mesoporous structure and high specific surface area enhance photocatalytic activity.The study provides new ideas for the inhibition technology of asphalt VOCs under ultraviolet irradiation and has important reference value for the development of green road materials in areas with strong ultraviolet radiation,such as plateau regions.关键词
