摘要

Abstract

The return air from coal mines is rich in a large amount of residual heat and high humidity.Direct discharge will cause serious environmental pollution and energy waste.To evaluate and optimize the heat transfer performance of direct contact between high-humidity air and water,based on the gas-water heat and mass transfer equation,a heat transfer efficiency and heat dissipation model of the coal mine return air spray heat exchange tower is constructed.The heat transfer quantity and entransy dissipation are numerically calculated by using the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method,and the influence of different working condition parameters on the heat transfer index is systematically analyzed.The results show that under the condition of various parameter variations,the maximum heat transfer quantity corresponds to the minimum entransy dissipation thermal resistance.The entransy dissipation thermal resistance and heating efficiency can be used as effective indicators to evaluate the heat and mass transfer performance of the coal mine return air spray heat exchange tower,and optimize the heat and mass transfer process of the spray tower.
