预混硅烷对注塑成型A5052-PA6界面结合及机械互锁性能的影响
Effect of Premixed Silane on Interfacial Bonding and Mechanical Interlocking of Injection-molded A5052-PA6

Abstract
The surface of aluminum alloy A5052 was treated with a pretreatment method combining FeCl3 etching and coating with mixed silanes,and single lap joints of A5052-30%glass fiber/polyamide 6(A5052-30%GF/PA6)were prepared by injection molding.The effects of coating with aminosilane,coating with epoxysilane,and coating with mixed silanes on the interfacial bonding strength of A5052-30%GF/PA6 were investigated.Confocal microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and contact angle measurements were conducted on the A5052 surface,and mechanical properties,interfacial SEM,and fracture surface SEM characterizations were performed on the joints to reveal the enhancement mechanism of the combined treatment method.The results show that the combined treatment produces a thick layer of nanosilane film on the A5052 surface,significantly increasing the interfacial bonding strength.The N—H groups of the mixed silanes form strong hydrogen bonds with the C—O—C and C=O groups in the PA6 long chains,generating N—H…O bonds.The epoxy groups of the mixed silanes chemically bond with the C=O and N—H groups of PA6,thereby increasing the tensile shear strength of the A5052-30%GF/PA6 joints from 12.14 MPa to 20.19 MPa,with an increase of 66.31%.The combined treatment can generate stronger chemical bonds,further enhancing the interfacial bonding strength and providing a new synergistic enhancement approach for the field of heterogeneous interface bonding.关键词
