摘要

Abstract

During the film-forming process,waterborne polyurethane(WPU)is prone to issues such as cratering and the residual presence of hydrophilic functional groups.These factors restrict the performance of WPU,including corrosion resistance,mechanical properties and resistance to ultraviolet(UV)aging.The article reviews the research progress on the UV-aging resistance of WPU and summarizes several commonly used methods for enhancing UV resistance.By adjusting the structure and ratio of soft and hard segments,adding UV-resistant additives and nanofillers to WPU,and compounding WPU with natural polymers,the UV resistance and resistance to aging-induced yellowing of WPU can be significantly improved.These findings are of great reference value for expanding the application scope of WPU in fields such as transportation and aeronautics and for extending the service life of its products.
