Abstract
The complexity and integration of airborne electronic equipment are increasing,facing the challenge of weight reduction.The article reviews the application status of carbon fiber-reinforced composites,glass fiber-reinforced composites,and metal-matrix composites in lightweight design,explores methods for structural weight reduction,and finds that topological optimization technology can be used to reduce the weight of support structures and that honeycomb structures can achieve structural lightweighting.The article discusses lightweight manufacturing processes such as additive manufacturing,structural integration,and integrated design,summarizes the challenges and solutions in lightweight design,applies multidisciplinary optimization design methods to resolve contradictions in the design process,and uses decoupling techniques to address coupled constraints in design.Finally,the article proposes development trends such as functional optimization of carbon fiber composites,artificial intelligence-assisted optimization,and biomimetic design.关键词
