Abstract
Under the background of high-quality development,advancing new-type industrialization has become an important choice for driving industrial transformation and efficiency improvement,promoting the green upgrade of the economy and society,and moving industries to the mid-to-high end of the global value chain.Facing the requirements of high-quality development,building a technology innovation system oriented by independent innovation,a modern industrial system characterized by collaborative integration,and a green manufacturing system underpinned by green and low-carbon development are important approaches to systematically plan the construction of a new-type industrialization system.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the supply of multi-level and high-quality talents to consolidate the foundation of talent development,to further promote the construction of digital infrastructure to lay a solid foundation for intelligent development,and to continuously improve a diversified and collaborative support system to consolidate the support of the institutional environment.Only in this way can we ensure the coordinated and efficient construction of the new-type industrialization system,and achieve stable and sustainable development,thus fully empowering high-quality development.关键词
