摘要

Abstract

As an advanced surface modification technology,laser cladding has been widely applied in aerospace,automotive manufacturing,energy,and related fields.The quality of laser cladding layers is closely related to process parameters.With the continuous development of intelligent algorithms and experimental design methods,various optimization techniques have been progressively implemented in optimizing laser cladding process parameters.This paper reviews the current applications of intelligent optimization algorithms such as genetic algorithms,particle swarm optimization,and ant colony optimization,based on domestic and international research progress in this field.It focuses on discussing the research advancements of hybrid algorithms like PSO-BP neural networks and GA-BP neural networks in process parameter optimization,while comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different methods from three dimensions:optimization effectiveness,applicability,and efficiency.Finally,based on the above analysis,the paper provides prospects for future research directions.
