脊柱肿瘤病人及其配偶自我分化与社会衰弱的主客体互倚模型分析
Analysis of the actor-partner interdependence model of self-differentiation and social frailty in patients with spinal tumor and their spouse

Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of self-differentiation on social frailty in patients with spinal tumor and their spouse.Methods:A total of 258 pairs of hospitalized patients with spinal tumor and their spouse from two tertiary grade A hospitals in Weifang city from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected by convenience sampling method.A General information questionnaire,Brief Differentiation of Self Inventory-Revised(BDSI-R),and Social Frailty Index(SFI)were used for surveys.An actor-partner interdependence model was established to analyze the relationship between self-differentiation and social frailty in patients and their spouse.Results:The total BDSI-R score for the 258 patients was 72.76±5.43.The SFI score was 2.90±2.01.The total BDSI-R score for the 258 spouses was 73.73±5.65,and the SFI score was 2.33±1.79.The actor-partner interdependence model analysis results showed that self-differentiation in both patients with spinal tumor and their spouse negatively predicted their own and their partner's level of social frailty(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Both patients with spinal tumor and their spouse exhibited relatively high levels of social frailty.Self-differentiation in patients with spinal tumor and their spouse could negatively predict their own and their partner's level of social frailty.Patients with spinal tumor and their spouse should be regarded as an integrated unit to enhance their self-differentiation levels and reduce social frailty.关键词
