基于TEMA构建医养结合机构养老护理人员核心能力评价指标体系
Construction of core competency evaluation index system for nursing staff in integrated medical and elderly care institutions based on TEMA

Abstract
Objective:To construct core competency evaluation index system for nursing staff in integrated medical and elderly care institutions.Methods:Taking the transdisciplinary elderly care model for assessment and support(TEMA)as the theoretical foundation,an initial pool of core competency evaluation index system for nursing staff in integrated medical and elderly care institutions was formed through literature review.Experts in related fields were selected to revise the index system using the Delphi method.The weights of each indicator were calculated.Results:A total of 23 experts completed two rounds of expert consultation.The effective questionnaire recovery rate was 88.46%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.72.In the second round of consultation,the comprehensive coefficient of variation for secondary indicators ranged from 0.03 to 0.21,Kendall's W values for importance,scientificity,and availability were 0.116(P<0.05),0.118(P<0.05),and 0.136(P<0.05),respectively.For tertiary indicators,the comprehensive coefficient of variation ranged from 0.01 to 0.19,The Kendall's W values for importance,scientificity,and availability were 0.061(P<0.05),0.081(P<0.05),and 0.092(P<0.05),respectively.In the second round of consultation,the average scores for the importance of secondary indicators ranged from 4.57 to 5.00,those for scientificity from 4.35 to 4.96,and those for availability from 4.26 to 4.91.The average scores for the importance of tertiary indicators ranged from 4.70 to 5.00,those for scientificity from 4.48 to 5.00,and those for availability from 4.48 to 5.00.The final core competency evaluation index system for nursing staff in integrated medical and elderly care institutions included 6 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 54 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed core competency evaluation index system for nursing staff in integrated medical and elderly care institutions aligns with the practical needs of integrated medical and elderly care services.It encompassed key elements of the core competencies of nursing staff and demonstrates good practicality.It could provide a theoretical basis for the training of nursing staff and the evaluation of institutional service capabilities.关键词
