介入术后病人水化治疗护理质量敏感指标体系的构建
Construction of a sensitive indicator system for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery

Abstract
Objective:To construct a sensitive indicator system for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery.Methods:The structure-process-outcome three-dimensional quality model was adopted as the theoretical framework.The sensitive indicator system for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery was developed through literature review,semi-structured interviews,and the Delphi expert consultation method.Results:Two rounds of Delphi surveys were conducted.The effective questionnaire response rates were 95%and 100%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.889 and 0.886,respectively.In the second round,the coefficients of variation of indicators spanned from 0.048 to 0.237.The Kendall's harmony coefficients spanned from 0.172 to 0.369(P<0.05).The final constructed sensitive indicator system for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery comprised 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 42 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed sensitive indicator system for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery was scientific and reliable.It could serve as an evaluation tool for the quality of hydration therapy nursing in patients after interventional surgery.关键词
