基于岗位角色的高级实践护士概念分析
Concept analysis of advanced practice nurse based on the professional role

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the concept of advanced practice nurse(APN)from the perspective of the professional role.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical references for the establishment of APN positions in nursing practice in China.Methods:A comprehensive literature search was conducted.Walker and Avant's classic concept analysis method was utilized to examine the literature.The concept attributes of the APN professional role were identified.Results:The concept attributes of the APN professional role were categorized into six dimensions,namely job title,entry qualifications,job responsibilities,performance evaluation indicators,staffing numbers or allocation ratios,and post remuneration.Key antecedents driving APN role development included international APN practice trends,challenges of an aging population,optimization of healthcare resource allocation,needs of nursing professional development,and policy support and promotion.The APN professional role has demonstrated positive impacts on improving the quality of nursing care,reducing healthcare costs,advancing nursing education and research,expanding career development pathways for nurses,enhancing clinical nurses'job motivation,and innovating nursing models.Conclusions:The concept and entry standards of APN professional roles required further clarification.Future research should focus on exploring APN professional roles suitable for the Chinese context to promote their development and standardization.关键词
