Discussion on Countermeasures for Freight Growth in Taiyuan-Jiaozuo Line of China Railway Zhengzhou Group Co.,Ltd

Abstract
As an important channel for"transporting Shaanxi coal to other regions",the Taiyuan-Jiaozuo Line accounted for 43.3%of the total loading volume of China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.in 2024.However,due to natural conditions,the block equipment of the line,and the traction quota,there are bottlenecks in improving transportation capacity.Based on an in-depth investigation into the basic situation of the Taiyuan-Jiaozuo Line,this paper analyzed the impact of the proportion of railway transportation volume at loading and unloading points,the capacity of train inspection operations,and freight rate policies on the freight volume and identified the weak links that restricted railway freight growth.In response to these problems,countermeasures were proposed,including capacity expansion and transformation,rational utilization of container loading limit menus and freight rate adjustment mechanisms,optimization of locomotive allocation and routing,rectification of"empty and faulty"vehicles,promotion of"road to rail"transportation,and cross-bureau coordination of train inspection operations.Through these comprehensive measures,the capacity bottleneck of the Taiyuan-Jiaozuo Line could be effectively alleviated.For example,capacity expansion and transformation could increase the interval passing capacity by 15%~20%.Ultimately,the freight efficiency and volume of the Taiyuan-Jiaozuo Line could be significantly improved to meet the growing freight demand.关键词
