Abstract
In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the high-quality development of modern logistics modes such as"one single system"for multimodal transport,which requires reducing the logistics cost of the whole society.Therefore,the railway accelerates the iterative upgrading of system functions,actively develops new products that meet the needs of the modern logistics market,and promotes the integration and development of railway transportation and modern logistics.Facing the new situation,new system,and new structure,waybill processing production should keep up with the market-oriented reform of railway logistics and the transformation and upgrading of digital intelligence and improve the quality of work.Based on the problems of large proportion of repetitive labor,high labor intensity,and difficulty in improving the accuracy of waybill processing under the centralized processing mode of Beijing Group Company,this paper put forward some optimization countermeasures,such as constructing visual operation map,giving full play to the role of template,improving the integration of digital intelligence technology and waybill processing,strictly controlling the quality of waybills,establishing problem-solving mechanism,promoting the reengineering of operation process,and improving the basic system guarantee,which provide reference for the research on waybill processing of the Railway Group Company.关键词
