Abstract
This paper aims to explore the optimization strategy of transport organization under the mode of railway cargo carrier liquidation and to solve the problems of insufficient flexibility of railway pricing setting mechanism,maximizing the efficiency of cargo transportation.By analyzing the multi-dimensional profitability under the cargo carrier liquidation mode,focusing on the mode,and relying on the actual business of the Lanzhou Group Company,the paper analyzed the fixed-price and logistics general contracting projects by category,destination,and other dimensions to study the factors influencing the liquidation surplus.The results show that the proportion of waybills for full truckload cargo is the highest,with the highest surplus,which is the main source of profit.As the proportion of high value-added goods is higher,the cargo surplus income is higher.Meanwhile,indicators such as transportation mode and destination of goods all have a significant influence on the liquidation surplus.Specifically,the performance of surpluses in different destinations varies,and the surplus rate in some destinations is higher than the average level.关键词
