哈密地区煤炭铁路外运增量提质探讨
Research on Increasing Transportation Capacity and Improving Quality of Coal Outward by Railway in Hami Region

Abstract
Hami is rich in coal resources.Relying on its resource endowment characteristics,location advantages,and economic advantages,it has become the main battlefield for"Xinjiang coal Outward",and the target market for railway export continues to expand.However,due to various factors such as the basic saturation of railway trunk channels,mismatched branch tansportation capacity,and bottlenecks in the entire transportation and organization process,the contradiction between coal supply and demand is becoming increasingly prominent.In response to the major strategy of comprehensively serving national energy security and safety and promoting the reduction of logistics costs for the whole society,this article proposed measures for increasing capacity and improving quality from several aspects,including accelerating the expansion and renovation of transportation channels,strengthening the supporting projects for branch line connections and routes,optimizing transportation organization processes,establishing strategic coal loading points,planning in advance for dedicated railway lines for coal transportation,forming a coal direct circular train alliance,and implementing price-volume mutual guarantee during peak and off-peak seasons.The aim is to provide a reference for increasing the transportation capacity and improving the quality of coal transportation by railways in the Hami region and promoting regional economic development.关键词
