针刺联合西药治疗癌性疼痛的疗效观察及对负面情绪的影响
Therapeutic observation of acupuncture combined with Western medication for cancer pain and the impact on negative moods

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets in treating cancer pain and its effects on the patient's quality of life(QOL)and negative moods.Method Sixty-eight patients with cancer pain were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture plus Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets.The numerical rating scale(NRS)was used to assess pain intensity,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were adopted to evaluate pain-related negative moods,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score was used to assess the overall QOL of the cancer survivors.The serum contents of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),and endothelin-1(ET-1)were detected.The consumption of Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After the treatment,the TCM symptom,SAS,and SDS scores dropped in both groups and were lower in the observation group than in the control group,presenting statistical significance(P＜0.05).After one week of treatment and after the treatment,the NRS score dropped in the observation group(P＜0.05);after the treatment,the NRS score dropped in the control group(P＜0.05).After one week of treatment and one week after the treatment,the NRS score was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The consumption of Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets and the frequency of breakthrough pain were lower in the observation group compared to the control group,and the total pain alleviation rate was higher in the observation group,all showing statistical significance(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the serum contents of 5-HT and PGE2 decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,all presenting statistical significance(P＜0.05).The observation group had a lower adverse reaction rate than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of cancer pain,the combination of acupuncture and Oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets can inhibit the expression of pain mediators in the serum,enhance analgesic effect,reduce the consumption of opioid drugs,and improve the patient's negative moods and overall QOL.关键词
