Operational Quality Evaluation of High Speed Railway and Indicator System Construction Based on Text Mining:A Passenger Travel Demand Perspective

Abstract
With the continuous expansion of the high speed railway(HSR)network,the existing indicator system struggles to comprehensively and accurately reflect operational status and management efficiency.It has become crucial to systematically evaluate operational quality and construct a scientific and comprehensive operational evaluation index system.This study employed web text mining techniques combined with the LDA topic model to deeply explore passenger travel demands,categorizing them into nine thematic dimensions.A multi-level evaluation index system for HSR's operational quality was subsequently established,encompassing pre-travel expectations,in-transit perceptions,and service evaluations.Sentiment analysis further reveals passengers'service quality assessments across different thematic dimensions.The findings indicate that passengers express overall satisfaction with HSR services in terms of transport capacity,infrastructure,and operational efficiency.However,significant improvements are required in ticketing services,onboard environment,and crew service quality.By leveraging web text data,this study effectively captures passenger evaluations of HSR service quality and provides a robust data foundation for optimizing the operational indicator system of HSR.关键词
