Abstract
Advancing comprehensive reform through systems approach carries triple implications:theoretically,it constitutes both an imperative of Marxist methodology and an inherent requirement of inheriting China's outstanding traditional culture and drawing upon historical experience;in practical terms,it necessitates responding to global realities,aligning with national conditions,and adapting to Party circumstances to broaden reform horizons,optimise strategic arrangements,and enhance momentum;At the practical level,it entails demonstrating the comprehensive coverage of reforms through overarching planning,ensuring strong coordination by relying on diverse stakeholders,and consolidating sustainability through the integrated allocation of resources,thereby advancing reforms comprehensively and in depth.关键词
